Eiffel Tower and Colosseum go dark in memory of Armenian Genocide victims (VIDEO)

The Eiffel Tower lights switched off for ten minutes in memory of the Armenian Genocide.

The lights of the tower were put out at 22 CET today (24.04.2015). According to decision of the Mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo, the Eiffel Tower’s multi-colored flashing lights will also be off the whole night in memory of the victims of the first genocide of the 20th century.

The Colosseum also went dark in memory of the Genocide victims.
